and Watch Officer across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Arctic, Indian Ocean, and South Pacific. Most recently, he
served as Captain of a Bali 5.4 catamaran in the British Virgin Islands, managing all aspects of vessel operations, guest
experience, safety, and crew leadership within a busy charter environment.
Combining extensive sailing expertise with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 15 years of technical project
management experience, Florian offers a rare blend of seamanship and technical knowledge. He is highly skilled in
vessel maintenance, troubleshooting, systems integration, passage planning, and owner instruction, making him equally
valuable for charter operations, yacht deliveries, and private yacht management.

Chef: Natalia Acosta Gace
Natalia is a highly experienced Private Chef with over 22 years in the culinary industry, specializing in creating
memorable dining experiences through exceptional flavors, creativity, and presentation. Her cuisine is rooted in
Mediterranean traditions, complemented by Latin American influences and modern culinary techniques, allowing her to
craft refined, personalized menus for a wide range of guests.
With experience aboard 34m yachts in both Greece and Mallorca, Natalia is skilled in provisioning, menu planning,
dietary accommodations, allergy management, and delivering high-quality cuisine in demanding onboard
environments. She is equally comfortable preparing elegant fine dining experiences, family-style meals, and tailored
children's menus, always adapting to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
Passionate, organized, and detail-oriented, Natalia combines technical expertise with a genuine love of hospitality. Her
commitment to quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, and guest satisfaction ensures a consistently exceptional

Stewardess: Erin Esterhuizen
Eryn is a versatile Stewardess/Deck Stewardess with experience aboard both private and charter yachts. Holding a
degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, she combines strong hospitality expertise with practical deck knowledge,
making her a valuable all-round crew member.
She is experienced in housekeeping, laundry, guest service, provisioning, inventory management, cocktail and barista
service, while also assisting with docking, anchoring, washdowns, tender maintenance, and watersports operations.
Having worked in demanding charter environments, Eryn is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while
maintaining exceptional standards and guest satisfaction.
Professional, adaptable, and highly organised, Eryn is known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to
detail. Her hospitality background, combined with skills in photography, videography, and event coordination, allows her
