Captain Yasen Ivanchev is an experienced and guest-focused captain with extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean, particularly Italy, Croatia, and Greece. With a strong background in both private and charter yachts up to 35m, he is known for creating smooth, well-organised itineraries tailored to each guest’s preferences.

A qualified Yachtmaster Offshore, Yasen combines solid technical expertise with a hands-on and approachable leadership style, ensuring a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere onboard.

Passionate about watersports and diving, he is also a certified PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer with over 5,000 dives, offering guests a unique opportunity to explore the underwater world.

Fluent in English, Bulgarian, and Russian, Yasen delivers a welcoming and personalised charter experience, with a strong focus on guest enjoyment and attention to detail.

Stewardess: JULIA FREILICH

Julia is a warm, detail-oriented stewardess with a strong background in luxury hospitality, bringing a refined service style and positive energy onboard. Having worked across yachts, boutique guesthouses, and four-star hotels, she understands the importance of creating a welcoming and polished environment for guests.

She takes pride in delivering attentive, high-level service, from beautifully presented table settings and cocktails to maintaining immaculate interiors. With skills in bartending, wine service, and healthy cooking, Julia enhances the onboard experience with thoughtful touches and creativity.

Highly adaptable and naturally guest-focused, she works seamlessly within the team to ensure every aspect of the charter runs smoothly. Her friendly personality, combined with a calm and professional approach, makes guests feel at ease from the moment they step onboard.

Deckhand: BRUCE-DEAN JOHNSON

Bruce is an energetic and highly capable deckhand who brings a strong work ethic and a natural enthusiasm for life at sea. With solid experience on both sailing and motor yachts, he is confident in all aspects of deck operations, from maintenance and docking to watersports and guest interaction.

Having worked extensively in charter environments, Bruce is particularly attentive to guest experience, always ready to assist with activities, prepare water toys, or share his knowledge of the sea and surroundings. His background as a lifeguard and swimming coach adds an extra layer of confidence and safety for guests enjoying time in the water.

Technically minded and hands-on, he is also skilled in maintenance and repairs, ensuring the yacht is kept to a high standard at all times. His positive attitude, team spirit, and proactive approach make him a valued member of the crew.
