Sail and Work Experience
Will is an experienced yacht captain with a strong background in Caribbean charter operations, offshore deliveries, and technical refit management. He is currently Captain of SEMPER FIDELIS (FOUNTAINE PAJOT 67), where he has overseen a full post-lightning refit, coordinated contractors, and delivered high-end charters and yacht show presentations.
He has also captained ENDLESS SUMMER III (LAGOON 65 ECO), completing a 480nm offshore delivery from BVI to Grenada while managing all onboard operations, crew, and maintenance. With a strong mechanical and electrical background, including a full catamaran restoration project, Will brings a highly hands-on and solution-focused approach to yacht management.
Job Description
Will is responsible for the overall command, safe navigation, and operation of the vessel. This includes passage planning, crew management, maintenance oversight, and financial administration. He ensures compliance with all maritime regulations while delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing charters, and maintaining the yacht to the highest standards both technically and visually.

First Mate: Ben Jameson

Sail and Work Experience
Ben is a Yachtmaster Offshore with over 5,000 nautical miles and strong experience across Caribbean charter operations and offshore yacht deliveries. He is currently working as First Mate aboard a BALI 4.8 in the BVI, where he is actively involved in navigation, watchkeeping, deck operations, and onboard maintenance in a busy charter environment.
His offshore experience includes delivery passages on both BALI and LAGOON catamarans, covering routes such as Gibraltar to Lanzarote and BVI to Grenada, where he gained confidence in night watches, sail handling, weather awareness, and working in close team environments.
Job Description
Ben is responsible for supporting the captain in the safe navigation and operation of the vessel, including passage planning and watchkeeping. He leads deck operations such as anchoring, mooring, sail handling, and tender driving, while also assisting with maintenance of engines, generators, and onboard systems. He plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a high standard of guest experience onboard.

Chef: Milou van Melick

Sail and Work Experience
Milou has recently worked as Chef aboard SY SEMPER FIDELIS (FOUNTAINE PAJOT 67) in the BVI, delivering high-end cuisine for both charter guests and boat shows, as well as participating in culinary competitions. Prior to this, she was Chef/First Mate on a BALI 5.4, combining high-level food service with involvement in vessel operations and deck work.
Her experience also includes freelance yacht chef roles in the Mediterranean and a delivery from Grenada to the BVI aboard SY LOLA. Milou’s background is further strengthened by extensive land-based chef roles in restaurants, private catering, and farm cooking, giving her a versatile and creative culinary style.
Job Description
Milou is responsible for all galley operations onboard, including menu planning, provisioning, and preparing high-quality meals tailored to guest preferences. She maintains exceptional hygiene and safety standards while managing time and resources efficiently in a dynamic environment. In addition, she supports crew operations when needed, assisting with deck duties and contributing to overall guest satisfaction and smooth onboard operations.

Stewardess: Robyn Sinclair

Sail and Work Experience
Robyn has hands-on experience as a sole stewardess/deckhand aboard S/Y SEMPER FIDELIS, where she completed back-to-back charters managing the full interior independently while also assisting with deck operations such as mooring and line handling. She maintained high standards of housekeeping, laundry, detailing, and guest service, ensuring the yacht was consistently guest-ready. Alongside her yachting experience, she brings a strong background in luxury hospitality, including high-end service at Harrods and events work.
Job Description
Robyn is responsible for maintaining the interior of the vessel to the highest standards, including housekeeping, laundry, table settings, and guest service. She ensures all guest areas are clean, organised, and guest-ready at all times. She assists with food and beverage service, provisioning, and inventory management, while also supporting deck operations when required. She also offers on board massage therapy and professional childcare.
