Over the years, Dimitar has built a proven track record with reputable companies such as Matrix Ship Management and Nordic Hamburg Ship Management. His hands-on expertise spans vessels including HSC Ro-Pax Buccoo Reef, A.P.T. James, and M/V AS Elenia, where he has operated in roles ranging from 3rd and 2nd Engineer to Chief Engineer on smaller power vessels.
He holds a comprehensive set of certifications covering engine watchkeeping, tanker operations, environmental awareness, safety, crisis management, and advanced firefighting. Fluent in English and Bulgarian, Dimitar brings strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to every operation.

Dima Dimova is a professional stewardess and massage therapist from Bulgaria with a dynamic background in luxury hospitality, yachting, and spa services. Her career spans both private and charter settings where she has held diverse roles ranging from housekeeping and laundry to specialized spa and wellness services, such as facials, massage therapy, and manicure/pedicure treatments.
With strong skills in mixology, inventory management, and crew chef duties, she adapts effortlessly to the shifting needs of the vessel. Dima holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and has formal training in Interior Design, which contributes to her polished presentation and detail-oriented approach to service.
She is known for her calm demeanor, discretion, and ability to provide high-end experiences to guests with professionalism and warmth. Her core strengths include exceptional customer service, multitasking under pressure, and a hands-on approach to spa operations, crew support, and interior maintenance.

Chef: Daniel Pavlekovic
Daniel Pavlekovic is a highly accomplished chef with over 20 years of international culinary experience across luxury yachts, fine dining restaurants, private households, and high-end hospitality operations.
Specializing in modern international cuisine, Daniel combines strong foundations in Mediterranean, European, and Nordic culinary traditions with a refined and creative approach to dining. His expertise includes bespoke menu development, full galley management, provisioning, and the execution of exceptional daily and event-based dining experiences for both guests and crew. He is highly skilled in accommodating a wide variety of dietary requirements, including vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-specific menus.
In addition to his yachting background, Daniel has built an impressive career within Michelin-level and high-volume restaurant environments, holding positions such as Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef de Partie across Croatia, Ireland, and Iceland. Daniel’s expertise further extends into food consulting, menu design, and food styling, supported by formal training in food photography and styling at Le Cordon Bleu in London. He has also contributed to television culinary productions, including “MasterChef Croatia,” demonstrating both creativity and versatility within the culinary industry.
Deckhand: Samuel J. Wadey
Samuel Wadey is a versatile Deckhand/Engineer offering a strong combination of technical expertise, seamanship, and high-end client service experience. With a practical background rooted in farming and trade work, complemented by over eight years in the private medical insurance sector, he brings a unique balance of hands-on capability, problem-solving skills, and professional guest interaction to the yachting industry.
Technically minded and highly resourceful, Samuel is experienced in a wide range of practical disciplines including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and basic electrical systems. His engineering foundation is supported by AEC 1 & 2 qualifications, while his confident tender driving and jet ski handling further strengthen his effectiveness on deck. Organized, dependable, and proactive, he consistently maintains high standards of presentation, safety, and operational efficiency onboard.

Milen Radev is a highly accomplished Professional Yacht Captain with more than 20 years of international maritime experience. Throughout his career, he has commanded luxury yachts ranging from 32m to 58m, expedition cruise vessels, and commercial ships, building extensive expertise in yacht navigation, crew leadership, guest and owner relations, safety management, and worldwide cruising operations across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, polar regions, and other remote destinations.
Recognized for his strong leadership, professionalism, and commitment to operational excellence, Milen has successfully managed both private and charter yachts, supervised multicultural crews, coordinated complex itineraries for VIP guests, and overseen major refit projects, class surveys, and vessel commissioning. He has worked closely with leading classification societies, including Lloyd’s Register, ABS, and RINA, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, safety, and performance.
His technical expertise encompasses advanced ship handling and maneuvering of high-performance vessels equipped with twin screws, controllable pitch propellers, azipods, and KaMeWa waterjets. Among his most notable achievements is commanding the iconic 44m World Is Not Enough, officially recognized as the fastest yacht in the world, achieving a recorded speed of 70 knots.

Michele is an experienced yachting professional with more than 10 years of hands-on experience in yacht operations, navigation, crew leadership, and vessel management across both private and charter yachts. Currently progressing toward the completion of his **Officer of the Watch (OOW) 3000GT Certificate of Competency**,
Throughout his career, Michele has demonstrated exceptional operational and leadership capabilities in positions ranging from Captain and Chief Officer to Lead Deckhand aboard yachts up to 104 meters in length. His extensive expertise includes navigation, watchkeeping, safety management, deck and machinery maintenance, shipyard periods, and tender operations. He consistently upholds the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism while contributing to the smooth operation of complex yacht programs.
Michele has accumulated significant cruising experience across some of the world’s most demanding and prestigious yachting destinations, including the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Red Sea, Indian Ocean, Pacific Ocean, and Australian waters. He has successfully managed dual-season operations, coordinated intensive charter schedules, supervised deck teams, and supported captains in both administrative and safety-related responsibilities. His calm and composed approach under pressure, combined with strong communication and leadership skills, has earned him the trust and respect of both crew members and yacht owners.
