Raised among sea charts and salt air, I now command One Shot One, a 27-meter power catamaran that I followed from its initial construction to its commercial development, shaping every detail as if it were a personal project.
As a seaman, I prioritize safety, reliability, and the peace of mind of both crew and guests. My qualifications include international certifications, offshore navigation, safety and leadership courses. But what truly defines my style is the way I live this role: constant presence, operational precision, and a calm, discreet attitude. Every route is carefully planned, every charter experience is crafted to be unforgettable.
The yacht I command is more than a vessel — it’s an extension of who I am. I live aboard for most of the year and care for every detail as if it were my home, ensuring everything is always perfectly maintained, clean, and fully operational. Diego is a dedicated and passionate seaman who combines professionalism with a strong sense of adventure. Deeply connected to nature, he spends winters in the mountains as a certified ski instructor and rescue specialist, while summer brings him back to the sea. With a keen eye for safety and a calm, attentive presence, he ensures guests feel welcomed and cared for. Since joining One Shot One over a year ago, Diego has brought reliability, energy, and enthusiasm to every voyage.

Steward / Deckhand
Adel brings a strong foundation in luxury hospitality to the yachting world, with years of experience in five-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, and upscale venues. Always professional, attentive, and composed under pressure, he combines a natural sense of service with elegance and discretion.
Skilled in fine dining setup, cocktail and wine service, guest interaction, and front-of-house operations, Adel ensures every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, he easily adapts to international crews and clientele.
On board, Adel serves as steward and deckhand with a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a warm, refined atmosphere for guests at sea.
