We all know it is entirely the Crew who ‘make or break’ the success of every charter and who are responsible for us Broker to get repeat clients and enhance our reputations. Captain Sedat has been amazing from start to end. With so many emails and w’apps from me, he was always so quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble, and with such good energy (especially at this time of the season when everyone is a bit hot and tired, but Sedat never failed in his enthusiasm and fun messages).
The owner is so lucky to have such an excellent Crew. So please be sure this message is related and you know who to ask if you ever need a reference. I only had short feedback so far, but of course all 100% positive and that the crew are absolutely wonderful and they have become like a family together 💗

"The cliché that “a good crew makes a great charter” is never truer on this yacht. Captain Sedat runs a fantastic team, it is clear that his strong, top down leadership filters down to all crew making them a hardworking and dedicated crew, helping each other out in order to produce the best client experience possible. You will struggle to find a yacht with Turkish crew that has a better command of the English language.Two individuals that are with mentioning are First Mate Kemal and Chef Melda. Kemal is the real jewel on this yacht. His grasp of English is very good and his greatest strength is that he is engaging and thoughtful, anticipating any requirement and request you may have and always with a smile on his face. He mucks in with the interior staff, helping with service making their job easier and thus improving the overall performance of the whole crew.
Chef Melda is very talented. What was most interesting is her desire to combine both Western and Eastern Mediterranean styles of cooking making her an ideal chef for European and North American clients. She has a continual desire to improve and develop which will mean she will continue to impress clients going forward. Like the rest of the crew, she is engaging and friendly.
Yacht: The yacht has ample deck spaces for a party of 10. Sunbathing on the foredeck is a must and the addition of shaded covers are welcome and the seating areas is a perfect place for sundowners as you cruise to another magical anchorage. I also enjoyed having the seating area on the after deck in addition to the main dining table. This was a great place to sit and chat before going ashore or to enjoy a tea and a good book in the morning. It also enables the crew to set up for meals without having to disturb guest.
Refit: the recent refit has given the yacht a new lease of life and she is looking fantastic. The cabins were homily, comfortable and relaxing and the interior design perfect for a charter focused yacht.
Charter Rate: she is incredibly good value for the size and quality over the yacht - enhanced by the quality of the crew - and knocks the socks off any gulet you would find at the same rate." - Broker
