Kieran has captained both monohulls and catamarans, from offshore passages in South Africa to charter operations in Greece, where he managed Lagoon 42 charters with seamless turnarounds and glowing guest feedback. His certifications include YachtMaster Offshore (commercially endorsed), STCW, and advanced training in security, seamanship, and vessel operations

Emma brings a vibrant blend of culinary creativity, polished service, and warm hospitality to every charter. With experience spanning luxury ski chalets, Mediterranean flotillas, and international yacht charters, she has built a reputation for exceptional guest care and adaptability. Trained at the renowned Ashburton Chefs Academy, Emma creates fresh, beautifully presented meals tailored to guest preferences while ensuring the yacht runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
As Lead Chef/Stew for Med Sailing Holidays, she managed provisioning and menu design across Greece, Croatia, Italy, and Thailand, while also mentoring new crew and supporting fleet operations. Beyond the galley, her skills extend to itinerary planning, guest services, and deckhand support—making her a versatile and invaluable part of any team.
