“Probably the best meal I have enjoyed on a yacht for a decade or so. S7 was looking pristine. The welcome by all crew members was warm and relaxed. Even with a new skipper and mate just on board. Chef Markie has a lovely manner and had us all giggling as he explained the delights he had prepared for us in his galley. The food was wonderful and interesting. It was also delicious. “The yacht was fantastic and so was the lunch! I found captain Nick very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, same feeling with Bradley – very outgoing once you start asking questions. In terms of food, I really appreciated the fact that the chef came to the table explaining the dishes, being all friendly and smiley, which I find very important. To me chefs are ‘artists’ and they don’t always have the social skills, John-Mark definitely did and made me confident he would be attentive to our client’s requests. The food was excellent, I found the menu very creative, maybe a little too much food but all was excellent. He showed he could handle some serious cooking techniques which are vital to operate a professional kitchen.” - Broker

Chief Stew was so accommodating and the service was seamless.
Chef’s food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and perfectly portioned. Not a drop was left on my plate!! And I’m quite sure the same for my neighbours.
Chef is such a fun character and I loved his energy and expressiveness. He is surely a star with the guests. BTW – Loved that his menu print out had a headshot of him!!!

“I would like to express my thanks to you, the Owner, Captain and crew for such a great lunch onboard S7. I was quite honestly blown away, it was truly a gastronomic experience and there is nothing I can fault. I loved Jean Mark’s use of seasonal ingredients, everything was so fresh and the fact that he came out to present every dish really added to the experience. The wine pairing was also perfect and the service flawless.
The yacht itself is looking great, the hull is a little different and I’m sure you can understand that it can sometimes be an obstacle to overcome with some clients. That being said, with such a great interior, deck spaces and amazing crew I’m sure I can bring you a charter.” - Broker
