Captain: Mathieu Bouchard
Mathieu was born and raised in Nantes, France. In Mathieu’s spare time there’s one passion: sailing. When he was a teenager he spent his summers sailing the Britain coast and now he does the same with his sailing yacht in the Mediterranean Sea. More than 15 years ago, Mathieu made the move to the captain career, very successfully thanks a strong background with yachting. He has been worked on board different 20-26m vessels before joining Pas Encore in 2011. Mathieu is someone discreet, reliable and more than everything someone mad about the sea.
Cook - Stewardess: Laurence Allousque
Laurence was born in France. After graduating from an infant welfare school, she became a nursery nurse auxiliary. While she worked in a crèche, she started a vocational training and commenced working on board. Laurence has been in the yachting industry for 10 years and it grew on her. She has a very high level of professionalism and she is very creative.
Laurence’s food is a delight and her guests are always surprised to see how efficient she is.
As a stewardess, she’s passionate about being useful. You can be sure that you will never annoy Laurence with your inquiries; she will always come up to your expectations with her lively smile.
Deckhand: Romain
Romain is a professional seaman who has been working in the yachting industry for 4 years, onboard motor yachts like Piola (26m) and Yancy (24m) as a deckhand and also Relax and Sea of Stars as a captain. He is in love with sea and will be happy to advice on underwater fishing to any interested charterer! Handy and polyvalent Romain proved his efficiency onboard and looks forward to entertaining the guests with toys.
