"Just got off the phone with XXXX, who is again over the moon about the trip – they agree best vacation EVER. Depending on the group, they’d absolutely return to Wellesley. Said the yacht was perfect size and layout for them, and is in pristine condition, and the crew really know their sh*t. He would watch other boats (crews) moored nearby, manoeuvring and working, and it was clear to him that Wellesley’s crew were miles above ; ) Absolutely loved the entire crew, they enjoyed their 2 weeks with them very very much and what a great team and great people all were. He was super happy how you were able to get in to every port (he was worried the boat might be too big when we were initially looking at boats) and took them everywhere they wanted to go. Basically, I heard the words “amazing” and “unbelievable” (in a good way!) about 15 times in our convo!

"From my perspective, working with Captain Romel was an absolute pleasure. We had difficulty getting information from the client in a timely manner, which can make planning difficult. Captain Romel was great to roll with it, and in the end the charter was a huge success. The client indicated he wanted to return next summer. "I’ve not heard from the client as yet in writing, and his short WhatsApp notes have been short and sweet, but if he was unhappy I would absolutely know! I did just send additional wire to add to remaining APA for crew tip…he was super happy with the yacht and crew and I believe left the 2nd-highest tip ever received (like .04% short of being biggest).
I will certainly let you (and Romel) know if I get more from them, but they are talking about returning next year so Romel and I will be working on that. Can’t have a better compliment than a repeat ; ) Romel was great, even with my client's crazy schedule, and very communicative which I appreciate greatly. Absolutely would look forward to work with him again!"

"The client has been delighted with his time on board THE WELLESLEY, he said everything was perfect. Captain and crew were wonderful, Chef Bradley cooked up some great food everyday. There was nothing negative and only positive comments. Itinerary, recommendations, ambiance onboard all 100%! He will be keeping in touch with Captain Romel I am sure – hoping to work on another charter for next year – maybe Croatia?
As for me, Captain Romel has been a real pleasure to work with, remaining calm at all times, professional, always finding solutions, always available – the kind of Captain you are confident to hand your clients over to. I believe they will be rewarded with a good crew gratuity.
