She has worked aboard prestigious yachts ranging from 35M to 60M, excelling in guest hospitality, interior management, and crew training. Her expertise spans fine dining, bartending, event planning, and provisioning, ensuring seamless operations and unforgettable experiences for guests. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Medalit holds certifications in STCW 78, Food Safety Level 2, and RYA Powerboat Level 2. With a background in high-end service, housekeeping, and beauty care, Katheleen has worked aboard yachts up to 60 meters across the Mediterranean and U.S., including M/Y Satemi, M/Y Defiant, and M/Y Duchess. Her meticulous attention to detail, positive attitude, and guest-focused mindset make her a valuable part of the interior team. Katheleen holds certifications in STCW, hygiene, and bartending, and is known for delivering consistently high standards with warmth, discretion, and professionalism.

Roberts Remesis is a dedicated maritime professional with over four years of experience aboard superyachts ranging from 33 to 65 meters. With a background in law and a lifelong connection to the sea, Roberts transitioned from courtroom to crew quarters to pursue his true passion—life on the water. His career includes roles as Mate, Bosun, and 2nd Engineer, along with handson shipyard and passage planning experience across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and U.S. East Coast. A natural leader with strong navigational and engineering capabilities, he has supervised deck teams and stood independent watches, while also contributing to major refit projects. Roberts brings a sharp, well-rounded skillset and a proactive, team-oriented approach to every vessel he serves on.

Sven Bredberg is a dedicated and skilled deckhand with a strong background in both deck operations and technical maintenance. With experience on yachts up to 50m, he brings expertise in teak maintenance, varnishing, fairing, tender operations, and water sports setups. His hands-on approach, problemsolving skills, and adaptability make him a valuable crew member in fast-paced environments. Beyond his deck duties, Sven has a background in refrigeration and airconditioning, adding a technical edge to his skill set. Having completed a transatlantic crossing and worked in diverse locations, including the Bahamas, Italy, and France, he thrives in dynamic yachting operations. Passionate about ocean conservation and team collaboration, he is committed to delivering top-tier service while ensuring seamless guest experiences aboard M/Y LADY FIRST.

Iran Adair Martinez Diaz is a highly skilled marine engineer with extensive experience in both the offshore and luxury yachting industries. Holding an STCW RIII/2 Second Engineer Officer Unlimited license, he has spent over five years overseeing engine room operations, troubleshooting propulsion systems, and ensuring peak vessel performance aboard offshore support vessels, FPSOs, and high-profile yachts. Now serving as Sole Engineer aboard M/Y LADY FIRST, Iran applies his expertise in marine diesel engines, power generation, and hydraulic systems to maintain the yacht’s seamless operation while prioritizing safety and efficiency. Prior to his transition into yachting, Iran held key engineering roles on vessels up to 160 meters in length, managing complex propulsion systems and supervising maintenance crews. His qualifications include extensive training in high-voltage operations, crisis management, and automation systems. Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, he brings strong leadership, adaptability, and a proactive approach to every engineering challenge. Beyond his career, Iran is passionate about fitness, music, and continuous learning, with ambitions to further his education in marine engineering.
