Holding a 500-ton captain’s license, he has successfully captained multiple yachts in the 30–50-meter range, such as M/Y INDIGO, M/Y PRINCESS III, and M/Y MAJE. His extensive cruising experience spans premier charter destinations, including the Caribbean, Bahamas, Mediterranean, and U.S. East Coast. Known for his attention to detail, he excels in navigating complex itineraries, managing vessel maintenance, and providing seamless guest services. Captain Paco’s bilingual abilities in English and Spanish, combined with his dedication to safety and client satisfaction, make him a standout leader for creating unforgettable charter experiences.
CHEF: Enrique Gonzalez
Chef Enrique Gonzalez brings 15 years of culinary expertise across fine dining restaurants, private estates, and the yachting industry. As Head Chef aboard M/Y A+, he showcases his passion for global cuisine, provisioning excellence, and seamless galley management. His experience includes leading roles on prestigious yachts like M/Y CLARITY (Bilgin 160’), M/Y AMICA (Azimut 105’), and M/Y MAJE (Sunseeker 95’), where he mastered guest and crew meal preparation, menu curation, and maintaining top-tier hygiene standards. With a gastronomy degree, advanced training in pastry and high cuisine, and certifications in STCW, Food & Hygiene Level 2, and Advanced Fire Fighting, Chef Enrique is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Fluent in Spanish and English, he is a highly adaptable and organized professional who thrives in dynamic environments. Currently based in the USA, he holds a B1/B2 visa and is immediately available to bring his creativity and expertise to M/Y A+.
CHIEF STEWARDESS: Anita Matić
With several seasons of charter and private yacht experience across vessels up to 33 meters, Anita Matić brings creativity, precision, and a calm leadership style to her role as Chief Stewardess aboard M/Y A+. A Croatian national with a background in art and restoration, Anita has developed a unique eye for detail and presentation—excelling in service, table décor, and theme nights, as well as managing interior operations and crew. Her previous roles as solo and second stewardess have included backto-back charters, shipyard periods, and owner trips, where she handled everything from guest service and laundry to provisioning, crew cooking, and administrative support. Organized, adaptable, and upbeat, Anita is committed to curating unforgettable guest experiences with warmth and professionalism.
2ND STEWARDESS: Indira Espin
Hailing from the Galápagos Islands, Indira brings a rich background in luxury hospitality and a vibrant, service-oriented spirit to M/Y A+. With over a decade of experience in high-end guest services—including roles as Chief Stewardess aboard yachts such as M/Y Aqua Mare and M/Y Passion—she is known for her intuitive attention to detail, warm demeanor, and seamless coordination of guest experiences. Her previous work as a Cruise Director honed her skills in managing VIP guests, organizing bespoke itineraries, and maintaining top-tier service standards. Fluent in Spanish and English, Indira holds certifications including STCW, ENG1, and Food & Hygiene Level 2. With a hands-on approach and a love for the sea, she is dedicated to delivering polished, personalized service aboard A+.
FIRST OFFICER: Luis Sanchez
Luis is a highly skilled and dedicated First Officer with a strong background in navigation, safety management, and deck operations. He has gained valuable experience working on commercial and offshore vessels, including Cotemar, DEME, and Princess Cruises, in roles such as 2nd Mate, DPO, and trainee officer. His expertise includes bridge equipment, crane operations, and safety procedures, supported by key certifications such as OOW, GMDSS, advanced firefighting, and DP (Kongsberg) induction. Known for his adaptability, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure, Luis is committed to ensuring safe and efficient vessel operations while enhancing the overall guest experience.
DECKHAND: Roland Angeles
Roland is an experienced and dedicated Mate/Deck crew member with a solid background in various aspects of yachting and guest services. Throughout his roles, Roland has demonstrated exceptional skills in tender driving, line handling, and setting up water toys, ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and crew. Roland’s ability to manage accounts, assist in engine maintenance, and support basic service tasks when guests are onboard highlights his versatility and commitment to the smooth operation of the yacht. Known for his sense of humor and team-oriented approach, Roland is highly motivated to continue growing and improving in his career. His passion for the maritime industry is matched by his enthusiasm for fitness, cycling, hiking, and reading, which keeps him balanced and energized, both on and off the yacht. Roland’s combination of technical expertise, strong work ethic, and approachable personality makes him a valuable asset, ensuring not only the safety and maintenance of the yacht but also the enjoyment and satisfaction of all onboard.
CHIEF ENGINEER: Erik Romero
Erik has built a distinguished career in the maritime industry, specializing as a Chief Engineer on some of the most prestigious superyachts and commercial vessels. With an impressive track record that spans over two decades, Erik has consistently demonstrated exceptional technical expertise and leadership in managing complex marine systems. An alumnus of the Merchant Marine Academy, he holds several key qualifications, including STCW basic training, ENG 1 medical certification, and proficiency in designated security duties. His commitment to continuous learning is reflected in his hobbies, which include riding motorbikes, learning new languages, and diving, all of which complement his adventurous spirit and dedication to the maritime industry. Erik is a highly skilled and reliable Chief Engineer whose extensive experience, technical acumen, and passion for the sea make him an invaluable asset to A+.
