Stefanos is well versed in flag state, port state, class, ISM, and ISPS requirements, as well as emergency response,
planned maintenance, helicopter operations, and shipyard coordination.

and guests. Stefanos is fluent in Greek and English and has the experience required to manage complex yacht

Dimitar Dimitrov is a skilled and reliable Engineer with extensive experience across high-speed Ro-Pax ferries and commercial vessels. With a strong technical foundation and a Master’s degree in Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering from the Technical University of Varna, he consistently delivers excellence in engine room operations, vessel maintenance, and team coordination.
Over the years, Dimitar has built a proven track record with reputable companies such as Matrix Ship Management and Nordic Hamburg Ship Management. His hands-on expertise spans vessels including HSC Ro-Pax Buccoo Reef, A.P.T. James, and M/V AS Elenia, where he has operated in roles ranging from 3rd and 2nd Engineer to Chief Engineer on smaller power vessels.
He holds a comprehensive set of certifications covering engine watchkeeping, tanker operations, environmental awareness, safety, crisis management, and advanced firefighting. Fluent in English and Bulgarian, Dimitar brings strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to every operation.

Dima Dimova is a professional stewardess and massage therapist from Bulgaria with a dynamic background in luxury hospitality, yachting, and spa services. Her career spans both private and charter settings where she has held diverse roles.
With strong skills in mixology, inventory management, and crew chef duties, she adapts effortlessly to the shifting needs of the vessel. Dima holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and has formal training in Interior Design, which contributes to her polished presentation and detail-oriented approach to service.

She has practical experience in interior operations, including housekeeping, guest service, provisioning, table settings,

Sébastien is a highly accomplished and passionate Yacht Chef with over 20 years of international culinary experience, including extensive service aboard Luxury motor and sailing yachts ranging from 28m to 62m, prestigious private villas,
and high-end hospitality establishments across Europe and the United States.
Recognized for delivering exceptional gastronomic experiences tailored to the expectations of demanding owners, guests, and charter clients, combining creativity, precision, and impeccable presentation. Specialized in Mediterranean,
French, International, American, and Vegan cuisine, with a strong ability to design bespoke menus, create innovative recipes, and adapt culinary offerings to individual dietary preferences and nutritional requirements.
Throughout his career, Sébastien has successfully managed all aspects of yacht galley operations, including provisioning, inventory control, budgeting, menu planning, food safety compliance, and HACCP procedures. His experience encompasses both private and charter environments, where discretion, flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.
Deckhand: Samuel J. Wadey
Samuel Wadey is a versatile Deckhand/Engineer offering a strong combination of technical expertise, seamanship, and high-end client service experience. With a practical background rooted in farming and trade work, complemented by over eight years in the private medical insurance sector, he brings a unique balance of hands-on capability, problem-solving skills, and professional guest interaction to the yachting industry.
Technically minded and highly resourceful, Samuel is experienced in a wide range of practical disciplines including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and basic electrical systems. His engineering foundation is supported by AEC 1 & 2 qualifications, while his confident tender driving and jet ski handling further strengthen his effectiveness on deck. Organized, dependable, and proactive, he consistently maintains high standards of presentation, safety, and operational efficiency onboard.

Sebastian Ferrarello is a motivated and highly skilled Chief Officer holding an OOW Unlimited STCW A II/1 certification,
with experience across commercial shipping and luxury yachting.
Having transitioned from cargo vessels into the yachting sector, Sebastian has served as an Officer aboard
Mediterranean-based yachts ranging from 38 to 55 metres. He brings strong expertise in navigation, bridge operations,
safety management, ISM compliance, crew coordination, and maintenance planning.
His commercial maritime background has given him a disciplined and professional approach, while his experience on
private and charter yachts enables him to support safe, efficient operations and maintain high standards of guest
service.
