Captain: Valentina Vela (46)
After many years spent sailing as a hobby Valentina eventually left the marketing world behind and focused on sailing full time. She is an experienced RYA cruising instructor and has been working as Captain for the past 2 years with plenty of seasons of charter under her belt.
She prides herself on working efficiently and providing the ultimate luxury tailored sailing experiences in both the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
In her spare time Valentina loves travelling the world, keeping fit with swimming, cycling and yoga as well as learning new skills such as the guitar.
Chef: Elena Bellotti (52)
Leaving behind a career in marketing 5 years ago, Elena is now thriving as a chef on luxury yachts. She is qualified in multiple disciplines as a chef, barista, mixologist and in silver service. She has worked as a chef on many difference continents and has become very resourceful when ingredients are lacking. This motivation and creativity is what truly sets her apart.
Her positive energy and welcoming personality make her a perfect fit for Lucky You.
Layout
Lucky You is brand new for 2025, a wonderfully spacious and well designed Lagoon Sixty5 sailing catamaran.
3 double cabins each equipped with their own en-suite. there is certainly no skimping on space. The crew will take the bunk cabin which is just off the galley.
The galley down in the port aft hull means the guest seating areas are undisrupted and plentiful in the main saloon which blends seamlessly onto the aft deck.
The saloon pictured varies slightly from the version chosen for Lucky You which includes a bar.
Lucky You boasts multiple and varied dining spaces to accommodate guests under all conditions, the flybridge is perfect for those breezeless evenings or for sunset cocktails and the aft dining area is ideal for the majority of dining experiences with the interior dining table available for cooler evenings.
Available for charter from 1st July 2025.
