“It was an absolute pleasure working alongside Captain Vedran for the preparation of this charter. Vedran is not only super professional, detailed, efficient and organised but also a thoroughly lovely person. Nothing was too much trouble; answers were always supplied in a very timely manner and his desire to ensure that everything was just perfect was wonderfully refreshing.
Chef Marino was very diligent in compiling a sample menu that really catered for exactly what my client had requested (quite a few different requests and styles for 17 guests) A lot of attention was also paid to the APA, funds were not wasted unnecessarily and my client was very happy to learn there was actually a healthy credit at the end of the charter.
The itinerary was perfect for my group and Vedran confidently organised activities/excursions at the last minute without any fuss. I had no doubt whatsoever that my clients were in excellent hands.
My client’s feedback was glowing – they had the most amazing time as a family. They were very sad to leave the boat.
The APA was dealt with so efficiently, everything (including all receipts and cross checks) was provided the evening before disembarkation and also sent to me at the same time for me to check for the client before he stepped off.
I have no idea when Vedran gets any sleep as he is 100% on everything all day long – Both Vedran and all his crew deserve to be successful as they are working so hard to establish a fabulous reputation for AETERNA and succeeding!
