In 2001, after upgrading his license, he embarked on running larger yachts and in 2012, became captain of this beautiful 151’ Northern Marine, currently known as “Valhalla.” For 15 years, Captain Dan and his wife, Toni, ran yachts cruising the East Coast of the US, the Great Loop, the Tennessee/Tombigbee waterway, and the Bahamas. With 40 years of experience as a captain, he holds a Master 1600 GRT license and always puts the safety of his guests first. Out of all his years of experience, the Bahamas holds a special spot in Captain Dan’s heart, and he loves giving the guest a truly unique experience and showing the Bahamas “through his eyes”.
