Over the years, Dimitar has built a proven track record with reputable companies such as Matrix Ship Management and Nordic Hamburg Ship Management. His hands-on expertise spans vessels including HSC Ro-Pax Buccoo Reef, A.P.T. James, and M/V AS Elenia, where he has operated in roles ranging from 3rd and 2nd Engineer to Chief Engineer on smaller power vessels.
He holds a comprehensive set of certifications covering engine watchkeeping, tanker operations, environmental awareness, safety, crisis management, and advanced firefighting. Fluent in English and Bulgarian, Dimitar brings strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to every operation.

Dima Dimova is a professional stewardess and massage therapist from Bulgaria with a dynamic background in luxury hospitality, yachting, and spa services. Her career spans both private and charter settings where she has held diverse roles ranging from housekeeping and laundry to specialized spa and wellness services, such as facials, massage therapy, and manicure/pedicure treatments.
With strong skills in mixology, inventory management, and crew chef duties, she adapts effortlessly to the shifting needs of the vessel. Dima holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and has formal training in Interior Design, which contributes to her polished presentation and detail-oriented approach to service.
She is known for her calm demeanor, discretion, and ability to provide high-end experiences to guests with professionalism and warmth. Her core strengths include exceptional customer service, multitasking under pressure, and a hands-on approach to spa operations, crew support, and interior maintenance.

across the Mediterranean, Adriatic, Baltic and Caribbean, he delivers smooth, well-planned itineraries with a strong focus
on safety, efficiency, and guest enjoyment. His calm and solutions-oriented approach allows him to manage complex
operations seamlessly, from busy charter schedules to technical projects, without compromising the onboard experience.
Adrian is known for running well-organised, motivated crews who work to consistently high standards, creating a polished
and welcoming atmosphere for guests. His leadership style promotes professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail,
ensuring that service flows effortlessly between departments. With a strong background in both private and commercial

Chief Officer: NABIL LAUGHMARI
Nabil is a driven and highly capable officer who brings a calm, focused, and professional approach to life
onboard. With experience on vessels up to 120m and a strong operational background, he is confident
working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, ensuring smooth deck operations and safe, efficient guest
activities. His proactive mindset and strong sense of responsibility make him a reliable presence on deck,
while his ability to supervise teams and coordinate tasks contributes to a well-organised and polished exterior.
Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, Arabic, and English, Nabil communicates effortlessly with international guests and crew,
adding significant value in multicultural environments. He is detail-oriented and safety-conscious, with solid experience in
bridge operations, ISM procedures, and guest-focused deck service. His background, including time in emergency medical
response, reflects his ability to remain composed and make sound decisions under pressure. Professional, adaptable, and

Eloise is an energetic and resilient individual who brings a positive, can-do attitude to everything she does. She is naturally
hardworking and detail-oriented, taking pride in being organised, punctual and fully accountable for her responsibilities,
while maintaining a high standard of service. With a strong background in hospitality, events and childcare, she is highly
adaptable and culturally aware, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build positive relationships
with both guests and crew. She thrives in team environments, valuing collaboration, clear structure and respect for
hierarchy, while remaining proactive and solutions-focused when challenges arise. Eloise is confident in multitasking and
