Elyse grew up in a small town in New Jersey, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business. And so, she sold her car, moved out of her apartment, put everything into storage, and booked a one-way ticket to Europe. Her insatiable need to travel has taken her to 66 countries and all 7 continents. Along her journey, she discovered yachting as a way to maintain her travel lifestyle. For the last four years she has been serving guests in the Caribbean, Bahamas, New England, and Europe. In her spare time, you can find her in a local yoga class, hiking a nearby trail, or planning her next trip abroad.

Family and roots are where it all started for Chef Keira. From her family’s immigration from Greece, Keira’s love and passion for all thing’s food began at an early age. Growing up in the suburbs of Massachusetts, she would spend time making dinners with her family, extended family and friends. Keira’s love for the water began with fishing with her father. From the age of 15 she worked in restaurants and hotels in Boston, New York City and Seattle. From the restaurant world she embarked upon becoming a private chef and leading teams as an executive lead chef for boutique catering companies in New York City. Her love of food, the water, and bringing people together brought her to the world of yachting. Family, friends and creating memorable experiences for people is the most important thing to her. Her style of cooking is fresh, authentic, and organic, with flavors that invoke emotion. Some of her favorite styles of cooking are Mediterranean, Asian, and artisanal.
