Kevin is an experienced yacht captain with a strong background in charter catamarans and large motor yachts. He has much experience on board catamarans, having captained a Sunreef Supreme 68 and a Lagoon 630 power, overseeing refits, system overhauls, and successful owner and charter programs. Earlier roles include First Mate on Q95 MANGUSTA and S/Y MYSTERY, First Officer on LADY CHRISTINE, and Bosun or Deckhand positions on several vessels. His experience spans the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Pacific, and Australia.
Job Description
Kevin is responsible for the safe navigation, management, and overall operation of the yacht. His role includes passage planning, safety management, crew leadership, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations. He manages charter programs, coordinates maintenance and refit projects, and oversees all onboard departments to ensure the vessel operates efficiently while delivering a high standard of service for owners and guests.

She is currently Chef on MARIAH PRINCESS III and SEACLUSION, delivering high-end charter cuisine for up to eight guests while managing provisioning, menu planning, and guest preferences. She has also worked as Chef on a Sunreef Supreme 68 and served in multi-role positions on a Lagoon 630 and COLETTE.
Job Description
Nicole is responsible for all galley operations onboard, including menu planning, provisioning, budgeting, and preparing high-quality meals for guests and crew. She designs customized menus based on guest preferences, dietary requirements, and regional ingredients, while maintaining the highest hygiene and food safety standards. She coordinates with the captain and interior team to ensure smooth service, efficient charter turnarounds, and an exceptional dining experience for owners and guests.

Stewardess: Carmen Kotzee

Sail and Work Experience
Carmen has experience working onboard motor yachts in temporary stewardess and stew/cook roles, supporting both guest service and interior operations. She has worked on the motor yachts MARIA THERESE II, ALANDREA, ROBIN’S NEST II, and BELLA, delivering high-end service during charters and guest trips. Her responsibilities have included cocktail preparation, bar management, table service, housekeeping, laundry, provisioning, and inventory management, while also assisting in the galley and occasionally supporting deck operations when required.

Her duties include housekeeping, laundry, table setting, bar service, and assisting with food service and galley preparation. She helps manage inventories, provisioning, and interior organisation, while ensuring guests are comfortable and well looked after throughout their time onboard.

Deckhand: Mark Kotzee

Sail and Work Experience
Mark has experience working as a deckhand and engineering support crew member on several yachts including MARIA THERESE, ALANDREA, BELLA (now LILYBELLE), ROBIN’S NEST II, ARETI, SANTOSHA, and LUCKY LADY. His work has included charter support, deck maintenance, anchoring and docking operations, stainless polishing, teak care, tender maintenance, and washdowns, while also assisting with engineering tasks such as engine checks, watermaker operation, generator inspections, bilge restoration, and minor mechanical repairs. He has additionally completed engine room daywork with AMERICAN DIESEL MARINE, gaining hands-on experience with engine servicing and overhauls.
Job Description
Mark supports the exterior maintenance and safe operation of the yacht. His duties include washdowns, teak and stainless care, tender operations, line handling, anchoring procedures, and assisting with docking. He also supports the engineering department with routine machinery checks, basic mechanical maintenance, and engine room organisation while ensuring all exterior areas remain in pristine condition for owners and guests.
