I appreciated that for wine there was a choice of local Greek wine but also known wine from France, so guests could either branch out or stick to a trusty favourite. "I thought the lunch and lunch service was fantastic! The chef did a great job with everything – and the stews were great with their service. The table looked pretty, and our glasses were always full. For the meal, it was the perfect mix of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, which is definitely appreciated. I have PTSD from a few years’ back, when all the Greek meals were heavy Greek food. So, I loved the chef’s amuse and starter, and thought they were both yummy, thoughtful, and a creative way to present. The Halloumi ‘hit the spot’, and I LOVED the Grouper, with just the right amount of pistachio crust and a light butter sauce (I’ll be trying to recreate this at home!). Very tasteful, it was also satisfying and comforting! The dessert was also a nice touch, and felt kind of healthy in a way. The birthday cake for the birthday cake was also very thoughtful! I will definitely be presenting the yacht to clients and imagine you’ll have a great season! " - Broker

"Firstly - THANKS to the Owner and TWW for showing the yacht at the show and the opportunity to enjoy a lunch onboard LE VERSEAU. Chef Craig kept it light. His concepts and plating were well thought out and presented. Good to know the crew have a “can-do” attitude. I found the yacht to be in good condition with no refit since her launch in 2016. The excellent array of water toys attracts bookings. Spacious with generous seating in each dining location is a plus (not all yachts can boast this feature). The neutral decor attracts a variety of guests. I noted “elegantly understated” someone else from my team wrote: "minimal and elegant" which I believe sums it up. The decor creates a calm environment for resting and relaxation during a vacation which is every guest’s goal!
It is comforting to know that the Captain has been working with the Owner, since the launch, always indicative of an Owner who treats his crew well and that there is a mutual respect.
