Sample Breakfast Menus: Thick cut grilled sour dough toast, topped with bacon, avocado, poached egg and sprinkled with feta cheese. Breakfast Burrito filled with scrambled cheesy eggs and bacon crumble, served with home-made salsa and greek yogurt. Pancakes with banana and toasted pecan nuts, served with berry preserves, maple syrup, a side of breakfast sausage or bacon and eggs.  Fresh seasonal fruit platter, granola and yogurt, baked pastries, cheeses, cured meats, olives, nuts, crackers and humus.  Always offered is fresh juice, coffee, latte, traditional and non-dairy milk.

Sample Lunch Menus: Vietnamese noodle salad, tossed with jumbo prawns, dried shallots, crushed dry roasted peanuts, bean shoots and fresh torn mint with a light lime, ginger, rice-wine vinegar dressing; followed by mango sorbet.  Filet of fresh salmon on a bed of roasted garlic and sweet potato risotto with a summer salad. Italian thin crust pizzas served with green salad and poppy seed dressing.

Sample Dinner Menu:  Appetizers to include vegetable and goat cheese crostini, local fresh shrimp shooters, prosciutto wrapped island  asparagus spear, shucked just harvested oysters. Main dish of grilled petite filet mignon, surrounded by spinach, onions, red peppers, green beans, local wild mushrooms and dried tomato cream sauce. Or if preferred, substitute beef protein with glazed fresh salmon filet.... and always available is Beechers macaroni and cheese available with chunks of dungeness crab, or add thick cut honey bacon bits.

Desserts? Guest selected from local pastry and dessert legends at Felicitations or Cake Junkies in Friday Harbor, Brown Bear Bakery in Eastsound, or anything on the just made fresh board at Vita's Wildly Delicious on Lopez Island. Just choosing going to collect dessert can be a fun guest activity!
